Estimated Commissioning Date definition

Estimated Commissioning Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 3 of the Background Section of this Agreement.
Estimated Commissioning Date means the date an interconnection customer is expected to start operation.

Related to Estimated Commissioning Date

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Scheduled Commissioning Date or “SCD” of the Project shall mean [Insert Date];
