Established Customers definition

Established Customers means any customer that the Diamondback Group has actually done business with during the twelve (12) months preceding the last date of the Restricted Period.
Established Customers means the current clients and/or customers of the ‎Company, determined as of the last day of Employee’s employment with the Company, and as allowed by applicable law.
Established Customers means a customer that the Company, Wexford or any of the Related Entities has actually done business with during the twelve (12) months preceding the date Employee ceases to be employed by the Company. More Definitions of Established Customers

Established Customers means any customer that the Windsor Group has actually done business with during the twelve (12) months preceding the last date of the Restricted Period.
Established Customers means a customer that the Windsor Group has actually done business with during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of termination of your employment with, engagement as a consultant of, or other affiliation with, any Windsor Company.
Established Customers shall be defined to mean any customer for whom Associate provided services, held confidential information, referred to a Xxxxxxx Person for services, or had contact with as a representative of any Xxxxxxx Entity while employed by any Xxxxxxx Entity. The acceptance of traditional teller line business by an associate operating in a retail branch is excluded from this provision. Further, Associate will not use or disclose Confidential Information which would assist others in soliciting any customers of any Xxxxxxx Entity. For the same period, Associate agrees that Associate will not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the Xxxxxxx Entities’ relationships with any of their respective customers. Associate has an affirmative obligation to notify future employers of this provision.
Established Customers means a customer that the GW Group has actually done business with during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of termination of your employment with, engagement as a consultant of, or other affiliation with, any GW Company the Company. You acknowledge that the GW Group solicits and sells services or products to entities located throughout the world.
Established Customers in this Section 4.1.2. means customers who were active customers of TriNet at the time of termination of Employee’s employment with TriNet. This restriction on direct solicitation of Established Customers is further limited to (a) Established Customers that Employee serviced, solicited, or interacted with at any time during the 24 months immediately preceding Employee’s termination of employment with TriNet; and (b) Established Customers serviced or solicited by other TriNet employees whom Employee supervised during the 24 months immediately preceding Employee’s termination of employment with TriNet.

Related to Established Customers

  • Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or taken specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

In no case shall silence by the Customer ever be construed to mean express or implied consent to a request by the Company, or its Contractors. Customer consent shall be provided directly from the Customer and documented in writing, subject to forms and processes as defined by the Company.

  • Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.
