ESSA Common Stock definition

ESSA Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of ESSA. “ESSA Disclosure Schedule” shall mean a written disclosure schedule delivered by ESSA to First Star specifically referring to the appropriate section of this Agreement.
