ESPO Client definition

ESPO Client means a group of ESPO member authorities and/or non-member local authorities and/or other customers, including commercial organisations, charities and voluntary sector organisations, for which ESPO is managing a procurement process.
ESPO Client means one or more ESPO member authorities and/or other contracting authorities, for which ESPO is managing a procurement process.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;
