There shall be an ESOP Subaccount and a Non-ESOP Subaccount within the Rollover Contribution Account.
This Section 6.10 shall be inoperative in the event that the Company Stock which is distributed from an ESOP Subaccount to a Participant or designated beneficiary is, at the time of such distribution, listed on a national securities exchange registered under Section 6 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or quoted on a system sponsored by a national securities association registered under Section 15A(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
