  • Such notice will hereafter be referred to as an "Establishment Service Cessation Notice" or "ESCN".

  • Thereafter the Contractor will no longer provide Independent Advocacy Services to the relevant Secure Establishment for which such ESCN has been issued.

  • The public of ordinary citizens, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, professionals and consumers, unlike the specialized public, can on the contrary be reached and successfully involved exclusively by a communication campaign on the full operativeness, functionality and advantages of the new ESCN Platform on the SCAN website.
