ESA Agreement definition

ESA Agreement means an agreement made under section 18(3) of the Agriculture Act 1986(9);
ESA Agreement means the Purchase Agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Purchaser for the supply by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Purchaser of earth station antennas and accessories.
