Ergon Energy means Ergon Energy Corporation Limited in its capacity as LNSP and responsible person (as relevant); force majeure event means any event, act, circumstance or omission, or combination of them, that is beyond the reasonable control of an affected party, and that is not the result of negligence, bad faith, wilful misconduct, fraud, breach of law or failure to comply with any relevant authorisation or this contract. Examples of Ergon Energy in a sentence

  • If either ENERGEX or Ergon Energy submits a proposal to the AER as to the classification of services and control mechanism for the regulatory control period on or before 31 March 2008, the AER must publish its framework and approach paper under clause 6.8.1 in relation to those issues within five months of receiving the proposal from ENERGEX or Ergon Energy (as the case may be).

  • This clause does not affect the timing or the processes of the AER in preparing and publishing its framework and approach paper on the remaining issues in clause 6.8.1 for ENERGEX or Ergon Energy if they submit a proposal under paragraph (a).
