At all meetings of the ERAG, two thirds (2/3) of the voting Representatives shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
This Agreement shall be governed by a Management Committee who shall manage the Eastern Interconnection Reliability Assessment Group (ERAG) in accordance with this Agreement.
