Equivalent in Dollars definition

Equivalent in Dollars means, with respect to an amount in a Committed Currency or Letter of Credit Currency on any date, an amount in Dollars into which such amount of that Committed Currency or Letter of Credit Currency, as the case may be, could be converted at the rate of exchange of Dollars for that Committed Currency or Letter of Credit Currency, as the case may be, as reported on the Bloomberg FXBE Page as of 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on such date.
Equivalent in Dollars or “Dollar Equivalent” other than in the specific context of Committed Currencies means the sum of amounts in Dollars and the Equivalent in Dollars of amounts in a Committed Currency unless the context otherwise requires.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no Revolving Credit Borrowing may be made in a Major Currency if, after giving effect to the making of such Revolving Credit Borrowing, the Equivalent in Dollars of the aggregate amount of outstanding Revolving Credit Advances denominated in Major Currencies, together with the Equivalent in Dollars of the aggregate amount of outstanding Competitive Bid Advances denominated in Foreign Currencies, would exceed $500,000,000.

  • Reference Currency means the currency specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Alternative Currency Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of the Aggregate Commitments and $50,000,000. The Alternative Currency Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Euro Equivalent means, at any time, with respect to any amount denominated in Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in Euros as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be, at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) for the purchase of Euros with Dollars.

  • Dollars or $ means the lawful currency of the United States.
