Equity Floor Price definition
Equity Floor Price shall be equal to the volume weighted average price of a Common Unit on the New York Stock Exchange, or such other national securities exchange on which the Common Units are listed or admitted for trading over the period of determination, over the ten Business Day period ending on the last Business Day prior to the date of this Agreement, multiplied by 90%. The “Public Offering Price” shall be equal to the price to the public per Common Unit in the Public Offering (before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions).
Equity Floor Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
