Equity Certificates definition

Equity Certificates means, with respect to any Project Subsidiary, the shares of stock in, or other certificates evidencing ownership of an equity interest in, that Project Subsidiary.
Equity Certificates. The certificates evidencing the beneficial ownership interest in the Issuer and executed by the Owner Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Owner Trust Agreement.
Equity Certificates means equity instruments issued by a Norwegian savings bank, a mutual insurance company or a credit union (In Norwegian: “egenkapitalbevis”).

  • All obligations provided for in this Section 10 shall survive the resignation or removal of Administrative Agent or Collateral Agent under Section 11.7, the sale of any Item of Equipment, any termination of the Lease Agreement, the termination of this Agreement, and the payment in full of the Tranche A Notes, the Tranche B Loans, the Equity Certificates and all amounts arising under the Lease Agreement, Tranche A Notes, Tranche B Loans and Limited Partnership Agreement.
