Equity Certificates definition

Equity Certificates. The certificates evidencing the beneficial ownership interest in the Issuer and executed by the Owner Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Owner Trust Agreement.
Equity Certificates means equity instruments issued by a Norwegian savings bank, a mutual insurance company or a credit union (In Norwegian: “egenkapitalbevis”).
