Equity Builder Contributions definition

Equity Builder Contributions means contributions that are made by an Employer on behalf of a Participant that is designated as an Equity Builder Contribution, pursuant to Section 4.04(b), and is not taken into account under the tests described in Article 7.

  • Each Employer may contribute Equity Builder Contributions as provided for in this Section 4.04(b).

  • Equity Builder Contributions, if any, shall be allocated to the Employer Accounts of Participants who are credited with 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year with an Employer and is employed on the last day of such Plan Year.

  • A Participant's share of the Equity Builder Contributions for a Plan Year is determined by multiplying (1) the total Equity Builder Contributions to be allocated among all of the Accounts of those Participants employed by that Participant's Employer by (2) that Participant's Compensation for the Plan Year and dividing the result by (3) the total Compensation paid for the Plan Year to all of those Participants employed by the Participant's Employer that are eligible for an allocation.

  • Member contributions means all amounts paid to ASRS by a member.

  • Equity Contributions means the equity to be contributed by the Equity Investor to Borrower, in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Partnership Agreement.

  • Cash contributions means the re- cipient’s cash outlay, including the outlay of money contributed to the re- cipient by third parties.

An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Member contribution means a contribution under regulation 32;

  • Rollover Contributions means, for any Participant, his rollover contributions as provided in Section 7.1.

  • In-kind contributions means services and goods as approved by the department that are provided by a grant recipient toward completion of a department-approved local snowmobile program under section 82107.

  • Cash Contribution refers to a direct payment of Contribution in Canadian currency.

  • Initial Contribution means that contribution each Participant has made or agrees to make pursuant to Section 5.1 of the Agreement.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Payments in lieu of contributions means the money payments to

  • Third party in-kind contributions means the value of non-cash contribu- tions provided by non-Federal third parties. Third party in-kind contribu- tions may be in the form of real prop- erty, equipment, supplies and other ex- pendable property, and the value of goods and services directly benefiting and specifically identifiable to the project or program.

  • Rollover Contribution means any rollover contribution to the Plan made by a Participant as may be permitted under Article V.

  • Campaign Contribution means a gift, subscription, loan, advance or deposit of money or other thing of value, including the estimated value of an in-kind contribution, that is made to or received by an applicable public official or any person authorized to raise, collect or expend contributions on that official’s behalf for the purpose of electing the official to either statewide or local office. “Campaign Contribution” includes the payment of a debt incurred in an election campaign, but does not include the value of services provided without compensation or unreimbursed travel or other personal expenses of individuals who volunteer a portion or all of their time on behalf of a candidate or political committee, nor does it include the administrative or solicitation expenses of a political committee that are paid by an organization that sponsors the committee.

  • Unreturned Capital Contributions means all Capital Contributions made by a Class A Member less any returned capital.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Additional contributions means contributions made by a member of a defined benefit plan to
