Equity Agreement definition

Equity Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

Equity Agreement means any one of (i) the ARS Agreement, (ii) the ATC Stock Purchase Agreement; (iii) the Gearon Agreement, (iv) the ARS Merger Agreement, and (v) any other agreements approved from time to time by Board of Directors of ATC pursuant to which Common Stock of ATC may be issued. "EQUITY AGREEMENTS" shall mean all of the foregoing agreements.
