Equipment Residual Value means the anticipated residual value of the Equipment related to a Lease upon the expiration of such Lease in accordance with its terms (as such residual value is estimated by the Servicer on or about the date on which such Lease was created in accordance with its normal valuation procedures), but not in excess of any purchase option price with respect thereto set forth in such Lease.
