Equipment Performance Tests definition

Equipment Performance Tests means the tests performed to demonstrate whether Seller has met the Equipment Performance Guarantees.
Equipment Performance Tests means the tests of the ETTM System and other applicable systems in accordance with the Performance Testing and Commissioning Plan and Program.
