Equipment Line B definition

Equipment Line B is an Equipment Advance B or Equipment Advances B in an aggregate amount of up to Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000) (and with such maximum amount being referred to as the “Equipment Line B Amount”).
Equipment Line B means a Credit Extension of up to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000).
Equipment Line B is an Equipment B Advance of $5,000,000.

  • The aggregate outstanding amount of Tranche A Equipment Line B Advances and Tranche B Equipment Line B Advances shall not exceed the Equipment Line.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to lend to Borrower, during Draw Period B, equipment advances (each an “Equipment B Advance” and collectively the “Equipment B Advances”) in an aggregate amount not to exceed Equipment Line B.

  • Borrower may request Equipment Line B Advances under ELB Tranche D at any time from the first Business Day following the ELB Tranche C Availability End Date through the ELB Tranche D Availability End Date.

Equipment Line B means the facility under which Borrower may request the Advance pursuant to Section 2.1 (ii).

Related to Equipment Line B

  • Committed Equipment Line means a credit extension of up to Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00).

  • Equipment Loan means middle market equipment loans that consist of loans made to obligors in the United States of America primarily secured by new or used transportation equipment and managed by the Equipment Finance reporting category of the Commercial Lending and Leasing division of GE Capital.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Mobility enhancing equipment means equipment, other than durable medical equipment or a motor vehicle or equipment on a motor vehicle normally provided by a motor vehicle manufacturer, dispensed pursuant to a prescription, including repair or replacement parts for that equipment, that is all of the following:

  • Mobile x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment mounted on a permanent base with wheels and/or casters for moving while completely assembled.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • X-ray equipment means an x-ray system, subsystem, or component thereof. Types of x-ray equipment are as follows:

  • Portable x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment designed to be hand-carried.

  • Equipment Note means and includes any equipment notes issued under the Indenture in the form specified in Section 2.01 thereof (as such form may be varied pursuant to the terms of the Indenture) and any Equipment Note issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to Section 2.07 or 2.08 of the Indenture.

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Eligible Equipment means Equipment of the Company or a Grantor which the Administrative Agent, in the exercise of its reasonable commercial discretion, determines to be Eligible Equipment. Without limiting the discretion of the Administrative Agent to establish other criteria of ineligibility, Eligible Equipment shall not (unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent) include any Equipment:

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operative Agreements, the Equipment Cost for any Replacement Unit shall be deemed to be the Equipment Cost or deemed Equipment Cost of the Unit replaced by such Replacement Unit.

  • Stationary x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment which is installed in a fixed location.

  • Optional equipment means all the features not included in the standard equipment which are fitted to a vehicle under the responsibility of the manufacturer, and that can be ordered by the customer.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Related Equipment Note means, as of any date, an “Equipment Note” as defined in each Related Indenture, but only if as of such date it is held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in such Related Indenture.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Equipment Maturity Date is defined in Section 2.1.1.
