Equipment Advance Request Form means a certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto, properly completed and signed by the Borrower requesting an Equipment Advance, providing notice of a borrowing of an Equipment Advance.

Examples of Equipment Advance Request Form in a sentence

  • Each such telephonic notice must be confirmed promptly by delivery to the Lender of a written Equipment Advance Request Form, appropriately completed and signed by the Borrower.

  • Equipment Loan means middle market equipment loans that consist of loans made to obligors in the United States of America primarily secured by new or used transportation equipment and managed by the Equipment Finance reporting category of the Commercial Lending and Leasing division of GE Capital.

  • Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.
