Equalisation Amount definition

Equalisation Amount the meaning given in clause 4.3(a)
Equalisation Amount means an amount sufficient to ensure after the payment of which that the Principal Exposure of each Senior Borrowing Creditor under the Senior Borrowing Facilities outstanding as at the Enforcement Point bears the same proportion to the Total Principal Exposures (taking into account any Consolidation that is required to have occurred under Clause 9.1) as the Original Exposure of each Senior Borrowing Creditor bore to the Total Original Exposures, provided that, for those purposes, any amount owing under or in respect of the Make-Whole Notes is not treated as principal.
Equalisation Amount means the amount calculated under Section 19(1), or Item 4(1) of the Schedule;

Examples of Equalisation Amount in a sentence

  • The Equalisation Amount and Equalisation Interest shall be distributed to Previous Investors pro rata to their respective Outstanding Loans as soon as is practicable after receipt from Subsequent Investors.

  • The Equalisation Amount so distributed will be in partial repayment of the Outstanding Loans of the Previous Investors and will increase their Undrawn Loan Commitments (so that immediately thereafter the amounts of all Investors' Undrawn Loan Commitments will bear the same proportion to their respective Loan Commitments) and thereby be available for drawdown again.

  • The Equalisation Amount paid by the Subsequent Investor shall constitute a ZAR Capital Contribution and shall reduce the Undrawn ZAR Commitment of the Subsequent Investor.

  • All distributions made under the provisions of this Clause 8 shall be subject to equalisation and adjustment post-enforcement in accordance with the provisions of Clauses 10 (Post-Enforcement Distributions) and 11 (Payment of Equalisation Amount).
