Epidemiologist definition

Epidemiologist means a state or federal veterinarian designated to investigate and diagnose suspected pseudorabies in livestock. The epidemiologist must have had special training in the diagnosis and epidemiology of pseudorabies.

The term "cosmetologist" shall not include hair braiding upon human hair, or a wig or hairpiece.
Radiologist means and include both radiologists and radiation oncologists.
Specialist Physician means any licensed, board-certified, or board-eligible physician who practices a specialty and who has entered into a contract to deliver Covered Services to Members.
