EPE Interconnection Facilities definition

EPE Interconnection Facilities means all equipment and other facilities owned, operated and maintained by EPE from the high-side bushings of the generator step-up transformer indicated in Appendix B to the interconnection to the existing EPE Transmission System, including Afton Switching Station, the 345 kV transmission lines between Afton Switching Station and the existing EPE Transmission System, and the Protective Equipment, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities, which, in conjunction with the Generator's Interconnection Facilities, are necessary to connect the Facility to the EPE Transmission System at the Afton Switching Station.
EPE Interconnection Facilities means all equipment and other facilities, including Protective Equipment and Metering Equipment owned, operated and maintained by EPE from the Generator’s side of air switch 32485 to the Interconnection Point. The EPE Interconnection Facilities are listed in Appendix B.

  • However, the exercise or non-exercise by Generator of any of the foregoing rights of observation, review or inspection shall be construed neither as an endorsement or confirmation of any aspect, feature, element, or condition of the EPE Interconnection Facilities or the operation thereof, nor as a warranty as to the fitness, safety, durability, or reliability of same.

  • EPE shall maintain, at locations approved by Generator, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or denied, a permanent and weatherproof one-line diagram of the EPE Interconnection Facilities.

  • Upon ten (10) Business Days’ written notice to the Operating Agent, the Operating Agent shall, subject to Article 3.7, provide Generator with access to the Operating Agent’s maintenance, inspection, and testing records for the EPE Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generator, upon five (5) Business Days’ advance written notice to the Operating Agent has the right, but not the obligation, to inspect or observe the operation and maintenance activities, equipment tests, installation, construction, or other modifications to the EPE Interconnection Facilities which could cause a material adverse effect on Generator’s operations.

  • The Operating Agent shall maintain and repair/replace the EPE Interconnection Facilities: (a) in a safe and reliable manner; (b) in accordance with Good Utility Practice; and (c) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Distribution facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware that are owned by a public utility that operate at voltages of 34,500 volts or below and that are used to deliver electricity to Retail Electric Customers, up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Retail Electric Customer.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Distributed generation facility means a facility owned and operated by a member of the Cooperative for the production of electrical energy that:

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:
