ePCR Software definition

ePCR Software or “ePCR System” are used interchangeably and mean the electronic transmission or exchange of ePCR records or electronic Patient data in connection with this Agreement through or using any third-party Product, system, or software, and any Upgraded Versions of the same.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
