EPC Construction Contract definition
EPC Construction Contract means the contract agreement entered into between the Issuer and the Phase 2 Contractor on 3 September 2018.
EPC Construction Contract means, with respect to each EPC Construction Property, the prime construction contract between the Construction Agent and the EPC Contractor for such Property, as such contract may be amended from time to time in accordance with the Construction Agency Agreement.
