  • Seller shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, by the later of February 15, 2008 and the termination of the Transition Services Agreement, discontinue use of the ePairs Names; provided, that each Seller may use the ePairs Names in corporate histories, to respond to inquiries about the history of the Business, and in other ways to fairly describe this Agreement and the relationship between the Business, Buyer and Seller, and their Affiliates.
