ePairs Names means all trade names, logos, URLs, common law trademarks and service marks, trademark and service ▇▇▇▇ registrations and applications therefor throughout the world of Seller or ePairs India.

Examples of ePairs Names in a sentence
Seller shall, and shall cause its Affiliates to, by the later of February 15, 2008 and the termination of the Transition Services Agreement, discontinue use of the ePairs Names; provided, that each Seller may use the ePairs Names in corporate histories, to respond to inquiries about the history of the Business, and in other ways to fairly describe this Agreement and the relationship between the Business, Buyer and Seller, and their Affiliates.
Except as set forth in the immediately preceding proviso, in no event shall Seller or any of its Affiliates use any ePairs Names after the Closing other than in connection with the services provided under the Transition Services Agreement.
