Examples of EOS Tokens in a sentence

  • Company is under no obligation to recover any EOS Tokens and Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all purchases of EOS Tokens are non-refundable and Buyer will not receive money or other compensation for any EOS Tokens purchased.

  • Buyer will implement reasonable and appropriate measures designed to secure access to: (i) any device associated with Buyer and utilized in connection with Buyer’s purchase of EOS Tokens; (ii) private keys to Buyer’s wallet or account; and (iii) any other username, passwords or other login or identifying credentials.

  • Although EOS Tokens may be tradable, they are not an investment, currency, security, commodity, a swap on a currency, security, or commodity or any kind of financial instrument.

  • Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees that: (a) the purchase and receipt of EOS Tokens may have tax consequences for Buyer; (b) Buyer is solely responsible for Buyer’s compliance with Buyer’s tax obligations; and (c) Company bears no liability or responsibility with respect to any tax consequences to Buyer.

  • The purchase of EOS Tokens: (a) does not provide Buyer with rights of any form with respect to the Company or its revenues or assets, including, but not limited to, any voting, distribution, redemption, liquidation, proprietary (including all forms of intellectual property), or other financial or legal rights; (b) is not a loan to Company; and (c) does not provide Buyer with any ownership or other interest in Company.

  • Buyer has all requisite power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement, to use the EOS Distribution Contract and the EOS Smart Contract, purchase EOS Tokens, and to carry out and perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Some cryptocurrency exchanges may on their own accord enable EOS Tokens to continue trading, but the exchanges will be unable to accept new deposits or authorize withdrawals of EOS Tokens.

  • Failure to use the official Website and follow such procedures may result in Buyer not receiving any EOS Tokens.

  • Buyer shall provide an accurate digital wallet address to Company for receipt of any EOS Tokens distributed to Buyer pursuant to the EOS Distribution Contract and the EOS Token Contract.

  • Purchases and sales of EOS Tokens are not subject to the protections of any laws governing those types of financial instruments.

Related to EOS Tokens

  • Tokens means the serialized proof of purchase of a Cloud Plan that is used by CPI in connection with enabling Services and/or provisioning Charging Stations.

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Paraphernalia means items used for the storage or use of usable marijuana, marijuana concentrates, or marijuana-infused products, such as, but not limited to, lighters, roach clips, pipes, rolling papers, bongs, and storage containers. "Signaling System 7" or "SS7" is an out-of-band signaling protocol consisting of four basic sub- protocols:

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • CEMS means continuous emissions monitoring system.

  • Drivers means any person who is driving or in control of your motor vehicle with your express consent.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Field-flattening filter means a filter used to homogenize the absorbed dose rate over the radiation field.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;

  • Age appropriate means of the right size, child sized, or adapted so that a child can use safely, and suitable to the chronological age range and developmental characteristics of a specific age group of children or child. This means the materials/equipment should interest and challenge children in terms of their age and abilities. Any materials/equipment with a specified age range by the manufacturer must be followed when being used by children.

  • Devices means any and all devices owned or purchased from time to time by Party A and utilized for the purposes of the provision of the Services.

  • Adaptable means constructed in compliance with the technical design standards of the Barrier Free Subcode, N.J.A.C. 5:23-7.

  • Marijuana producer means a person who produces marijuana in this state.

  • EPG means electronic program guide maintained by a DPO on its Digital Distribution Platform which lists the television channels and programs, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced electronic guide that allows Subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programs.

  • Flashing light means a light flashing at regular intervals at a frequency of 120 flashes or more per minute.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed (including all content published during the Subscription Period to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Drug paraphernalia means all equipment, products, and materials of any kind, which are used for injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing a drug into the human body. This includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, products and materials prohibited or controlled by State or Federal laws.
