Environmental Works definition

Environmental Works means any works used or intended to be used for the purposes of improving the environmental performance of quarries in accordance with the Code of Practice for the Aggregates Industry in Northern Ireland; and
Environmental Works means works for the improvement development or redevelopment of the environment (having regard to existing amenity) and not otherwise comprising Infrastructure Works or Reclamation, and including all ecological and environmental works or measures
Environmental Works means those environmental works and improvements to be constructed on the Lands described on Schedule “F” hereto;

More Definitions of Environmental Works

Environmental Works means the environmental works described in Annexure A. Essential Infrastructure means that part of the Public Benefit described as “Essential Infrastructure” in Schedule 3, to be delivered by the Developer in accordance with this document. Government Agency means:
Environmental Works means any physical structures put in place to control erosion;
Environmental Works means the works described in item 6 of Schedule 1. Hazardous Materials includes all hazardous substances and any pollutant or contaminant defined as such in (or for the purposes of) any legislation.
Environmental Works means the carrying out of (i) inspection, investigation, sampling and monitoring works, and (ii) any works, including the installation, operation, repair or replacement of plant or equipment, in order to remove, remediate or contain any Environmental Matter or in order to prevent an Environmental Matter from arising;
