Environmental Trust Bonds definition

Environmental Trust Bonds means bonds, debentures, notes, certificates of participation, certificates of beneficial inter- est, certificates of ownership, or other evidences of indebtedness that are issued by an energy utility or an assignee, the proceeds of which are used directly or indirectly to recover, finance, or refi- nance environmental control costs and financing costs, and that are secured by or payable from environmental control property.
Environmental Trust Bonds has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 196.027 of the Wisconsin Statutes or any successor thereto.
Environmental Trust Bonds means the environmental trust bonds authorized by the Financing Order and issuance pursuant to this Indenture.

  • Supplemental Trust Deed means the supplemental trust deed which constitutes and secures, inter alia, the Notes, dated 3 November 2016 and made between the Lender, the Trustee and the agents named therein.

  • Supplemental Trust Agreement means any trust agreement then in full force and effect which has been duly executed and delivered by the Authority and the Trustee amendatory hereof or supplemental hereto; but only if and to the extent that such Supplemental Trust Agreement is executed and delivered pursuant to the provisions hereof.
