Environmental Services Department definition

Environmental Services Department or “ESD” shall mean the County department that has direct responsibility for the maintenance, management and operations of the Sewer System.
Environmental Services Department means the Environmental Services Director, or his or her designees.
Environmental Services Department means the Environmental Services Department of the City of San Jose, or any successor department designated by the City of San Jose to which the same functions, duties and responsibilities are assigned as described in this Code.
