Environmental Mitigation Plan definition

Environmental Mitigation Plan means the plan of actions to be undertaken by the Borrower to mitigate potential negative environmental consequences of the Project, adopted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning on February 2, 2003, as the same may be amended from time to time;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the Borrower’s plan, set forth in the Environmental Impact Assessment, for the mitigation of the environmental impacts of the carrying out of Part A of the Project;
Environmental Mitigation Plan or “EMP” means the plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association adopted by the Recipient on November 19, 2004, describing measures for the mitigation, reduction and or offset of the environmental and social impacts of activities under the Project, including environmental guidelines for contractors where works are required and environmental guidelines for the carrying out of School-projects.

More Definitions of Environmental Mitigation Plan

Environmental Mitigation Plan means the Borrower’s plan dated February 5, 2001 for the implementation of the Project in accordance with appropriate environmental standards and guidelines, and including, inter alia, the preparation of plans of action to mitigate adverse environmental effects;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the environmental mitigation plan prepared and adopted by LVK and Lviv on November 24, 2000, detailing the measures proposed to address the adverse environmental impact of investments under the Project;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the environmental mitigation plan, acceptable to the Association, to be adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, detailing the measures proposed to address the adverse environmental impact of investments under the Project;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the environmental mitigation plan prepared and adopted by the Borrower on May 27, 1998, detailing the measures proposed to address the adverse environmental impact of investments under the Program, including resettlement and income restoration activities for displaced persons;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the plan of actions to be undertaken by the EKO to mitigate potential negative environmental consequences of the Project, described in the October 1996 Project environmental assessment report, as the same may be amended from time to time;
Environmental Mitigation Plan means the action plan for the mitigation of the Project’s adverse impact on the environment, described in EDM’s letter of April 17, 1996, as the same may be modified from time to time subject to the Association’s prior approval.
