Environmental Laws or Regulations definition

Environmental Laws or Regulations means any federal, state or local statute, law, ordinance or regulation that relates to or deals with hazardous substances, human health or the environment, and all regulations promulgated by a regulatory body pursuant to any of the foregoing statutes, laws, regulations, or ordinances.
Environmental Laws or Regulations means as defined in Section 4.24.
Environmental Laws or Regulations means all legal requirements relating to pollution, protection of the environment or exposure of any individual to Hazardous Materials, including Laws and regulations relating to emissions, discharges, releases or threatened releases of Hazardous Materials, or otherwise relating to the manufacture, processing, registration, distribution, labeling, recycling, use, treatment, storage, disposal, transport or handling of Hazardous Materials, and (ii) "Hazardous Materials" means chemicals, pollutants, contaminants, wastes, toxic substances, radioactive and biological materials, asbestos-containing materials (ACM), hazardous substances, petroleum and petroleum products or any fraction thereof.
