Environmental Assessment Reports definition

Environmental Assessment Reports means all environmental assessment reports and data relating to the Property and the Parcel, including without limitation, all Phase I, II and III environmental assessments, Closure Reports, and any and all documentation, correspondence, reports or data relating to any investigation, analyses, cleanup, detoxification, testing, monitoring or remediation of the Property and the Parcel or otherwise relating to the preparation and implementation of any closure, remediation or other required plans, together with evidence of all federal, state and local governmental consents and approvals relating thereto.
Environmental Assessment Reports means all environmental studies, reports, surveys and assessments made by environmental consultants on behalf of any of the Property Owner, Midland Affiliate or Midland Principal or Regency or the applicable Transferee.
Environmental Assessment Reports means all reports or documents prepared by or on behalf of the Sellers by Dames & Xxxxx (including reports and studies referenced therein) and by or on behalf of the Buyer by Environmental Resources Management (including reports and studies referenced therein) with respect to Environmental Law.
