Environmental and Social Standards or “ESSs” means, collectively:
Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the document to be prepared by the FSRDC and adopted by the Recipient, consisting of a framework outlining the modalities for social and environmental screening of Subprojects (as hereinafter defined) and rules and procedures for the preparation and implementation of social and environmental assessments to be complied with, as the case may be, prior to carrying out a Subproject;
Environmental and Social Commitment Plan or “ESCP” means the environmental and social commitment plan for the Project, dated July 31, 2023, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof, which sets out the material measures and actions that the Recipient shall carry out or cause to be carried out to address the potential environmental and social risks and impacts of the Project, including the timeframes of the actions and measures, institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements, and any environmental and social instruments to be prepared thereunder.
Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.
Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
Jurisprudence requirement means the assessment of an individual's knowledge of the laws and rules governing the practice of physical therapy in a state.
Consultant Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October 2006.
Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.
