Entry Data definition

Entry Data means instructions, data or other information transmitted or otherwise communicated to Bank as provided in this Service Description; and (d) “Rules” means the rules of NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association® (“NACHA”) and any applicable local ACH rules and regulations as in effect from time to time.
Entry Data means, as applicable, returned entries, adjustment entries, notifications of change and/or other notices or data transmitted through the BEFTN pursuant to these Rules.
Entry Data means the instructions, data or other information delivered or transmitted to us by you or on your behalf as provided in this Service Description on which the ACH Entries are based; (b) “ACH Entry” or “ACH Entries” means the electronic funds transfer disbursements which are originated by you under this Service Description; and (c) “Rules” mean the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”), applicable local ACH rules and regulations, and applicable law and regulations as in effect from time to time.

Examples of Entry Data in a sentence

  • You acknowledge that the Security Procedures are used to verify the authenticity of, and not to detect errors in, the transmission or content of Entry Data.

  • Bank’s standard Security Procedures for the transmission or delivery of Entry Data via Direct File Transfer also include those security measures that Bank may offer and you may accept from time to time, such as device authentication, encryption, daily dollar limits, and international entitlements.

  • Bank will have no liability to you based on Bank’s rejection of any Entry Data or ACH Entries.

  • Bank’s standard Security Procedures for the transmission or delivery of Entry Data via Direct File Transfer are to require that each ACH File be confirmed via Bank’s ACH Fraud Control Service as described in Part III of this Appendix B.

  • You have no right to cancel or amend any Entry Data or ACH Entry after it has been received by Bank.

  • Bank’s standard Security Procedures for the transmission or delivery of Entry Data via OLBB ACH File Transfer are to require that ACH files be uploaded by an OLBB Authorized Representative employing a Security Device furnished by Bank and that each ACH File be confirmed via Bank’s ACH Fraud Control Service as described in Part III of this Appendix B.

  • The Security Procedures described in this Appendix B are a Security Procedure used to verify the authenticity of Entry Data sent to Bank in your name.

  • Bank’s standard Security Procedures for the transmission or delivery of Entry Data via OLBB ACH File Transfer also include those security measures that Bank may offer and you may accept from time to time, such as device authentication, daily dollar limits, and international entitlements.

  • You acknowledge that you have reviewed the Security Procedures and agree that they are commercially reasonable for you as a means of authenticating Entry Data communicated by you to Bank in light of the size, frequency, and amount of transactions you expect to initiate.

  • Entry Data received after the established cut-off times may be treated by Bank as received on the following business day (i.e., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays) (each a “Business Day”).

Related to Entry Data

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.
