Entrusters definition

Entrusters means Party A and its employees who have established the Enterprise Annuity Plan. Party A will herein exercise the rights and obligations of the Entrusters on behalf of other Entrusters.
Entrusters means any unit and its employees who have participated in the Enterprise Annuity Plan of China Life Insurance (Group) Company. Party A hereto will exercise the rights and obligations of the Entrusters on behalf of other Entrusters.

Examples of Entrusters in a sentence

  • In case of any Over Contribution or Under Contribution, the Entrustee shall notify the Entrusters to handle accordingly.

  • Where such error is due to reasons on the part of the Entrustee or Account Manager, the responsible party shall correct such error by emergency solutions and the other party shall provide assistance therein; where such error is due to other reasons, the Entrusters and Account Manager shall assist each other and the responsible party in correcting the error.

  • Where a Beneficiary resigns and his/her new employer has already established an enterprise annuity or an occupational annuity, the Entrusters shall apply to the Entrustee for the transfer of Personal Account Interests of the Beneficiary to such new plan.

  • Within the term of the supplementary terms for the investment management, the investment policy shall be adjusted accordingly as required by regulatory bodies or the Entrusters in case of changes in requirements of regulatory bodies for the investment scope and percentages or individualized requirements of the Entrusters for plan management.

  • The Entrusters shall, with 10 business days after receipt of such notice, pay the account management fee to the bank accounts designated by the Account Manager in full and in a timely manner.

  • The Processor is obliged to answer the Entruster's questions, insofar as this is possible, within 30 days of receiving them.

  • The Account Manager shall send notice of account management fee to the Entrusters, and the Entrusters shall, upon receipt of such notice, pay the account management fee to the bank accounts designated by the Account Manager in full and in a timely manner.

  • Where a Beneficiary is transferred out of the China Life system with absence of any enterprise annuity plan established by his/her new employer or no new employer, or a Beneficiary leaves the Entrusters for reasons such as schooling, entry into army and unemployment, his/her Personal Account of Enterprise Annuity shall be transferred to a Retained Account.

  • The Account Manager shall send notice of account management fee to the Entrusters at the agreed frequency.

  • The Entrustee shall communicate with the Investment Administrator promptly after receipt of the report and report the same to the Entrusters.

Related to Entrusters

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • School nurse means a registered professional nurse with Maine Department of Education certification for school nursing.

  • Consultants means employees and third party contractors which SAP utilizes to provide Services to Licensee.

  • Paraprofessional means a person who does not have an academic degree related to the scope of treatment or support services being provided but performs prescribed functions under the general supervision of that discipline.
