Entrusted Person definition

Entrusted Person has the meaning given in the PTR Act. By submitting a PT PCP Evaluation Questionnaire or a PT PCP Remediation Plan or other document in connection with the Payment Times Procurement Connected Policy that includes any personal information within the meaning of Privacy Act, the Contractor warrants and represents that it has obtained all necessary consents in accordance with relevant privacy laws to the collection, use and disclosure of such information in the manner contemplated by this clause 26.4. The Contractor will provide evidence of such consents to the Commonwealth on request.
Entrusted Person means (1) any shareholder having a controlling interest in the Company or in any other entity that forms part of the Group; or (2) any employee, officer, manager or director of the Company or of any other entity that forms part of the Group.

Examples of Entrusted Person in a sentence

  • For any PT PCP Purpose, the Consultant consents to the Commonwealth: using and sharing with any other Commonwealth Entity the information provided by the Consultant as part of a PT PCP Evaluation Questionnaire, a PT PCP Remediation Plan, or otherwise received or obtained by the Commonwealth in connection with this Contract or PT PCP Subcontract; and receiving information obtained under, or in accordance with, the PTR Act (Protected Information) from Entrusted Person and using such Protected Information.

  • Such transfer does not require the further consent of any Entrusting Person, but Entrusted Person shall inform Entrusting Person within three working days after such transfer.

  • CGEN Digital agrees to accept (and represent Entrusted Person to accept) the said rights and exercise the said rights.

  • Entrusting Person hereby agrees that Entrusted Person may itself transfer the said rights to any third party.

Entrusted Person means: (a) the Secretary; or (b) the Australian Border Force Commissioner (including in his or her capacity as the Comptroller-General of Customs); or (c) an Immigration and Border Protection worker: Border Force Act section 4.

Entrusted Person is defined in clause 8 and means the Secretary, an APS employee or any other person employed or engaged by the Commonwealth to provide services to the Commonwealth.
Entrusted Person has the meaning given in the PTR Act. Entrusted Person means a Tribunal member, the Principal Registrar, Tribunal staff members, or any person engaged to provide services to the Tribunal. This is consistent with the definition in subsection 66(4) of the AAT Act. This is used in the provisions in Division 2 of Part 11 of the Bill relating to the confidentiality of information given to the Tribunal.

  • appointed person means the person given the authority to assess, plan and organise the work; to select suitable or appropriate plant and equipment, to ensure statutory documentation is current and in order; to provide instruction and supervision for the work to be undertaken safely; and tostop the work whenever he considers danger is likely to arise if it were to be continued.

  • interested persons and "Assignment" shall have their respective meanings as set forth in the 1940 Act, subject, however, to such exemptions as may be granted by the Commission under the 1940 Act or any interpretations of the Commission staff.

  • Interdicted person means a person to whom the sale, offer for sale, or

  • regulated person means a person whose collection activities are confined and are directly related to the operation of a business other than that of a collection agency including any of the following:

  • Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;

  • Permitted Persons means (A) the Company; (B) any Related Party; or (C) any group (as defined in Rule 13b-3 under the Exchange Act) comprised of any or all of the foregoing.

  • Unlicensed person means any person who is not a licensed dealer under this chapter.

  • Incapacitated person means any infant, lunatic, idiot or insane person;
