Examples of Entity (ies) in a sentence
If for any Contract Year, except for the Contract Year ending on 31st March immediately after the COD of the Project, it is found that the WPD has not been able to supply minimum energy at CUF of ………%, i.e… Million kWh (MU) [Insert values corresponding to a CUF of 80% of the declared CUF for the project or the modified CUF] on account of reasons solely attributable to the WPD, the WPD shall be liable to pay the compensation to SECI to enable SECI to remit such compensation to the Buying Entity (ies).
If for any Contract Year, except for the Contract Year ending on 31st March immediately after the date of commencement of power from the Project, it is found that the WPD has not been able to supply minimum energy amounting to Million kWh (MU) [Insert values corresponding to a CUF of 80% of the declared CUF for the project or the modified CUF], save and except in case of Force Majeure, the WPD shall be liable to pay penalty to SECI to enable SECI to remit such penalty to the Buying Entity (ies).

However, this compensation shall not be applicable in events of Force Majeure identified under the PPA with BBMB, affecting supply of power by the SPD to all Buying Entity (ies).
If the Office of the Interconnection retains the CSPA Project, it shall determine whether the delay is beyond the Designated Entity’s control and whether to retain the Designated Entity or to designate the Transmission Owner(s) in the Zone(s) where the project is located the Designated Entity (ies) for the CSPA Project.
The same principle applies for the agreements between the CID and the Respective Entity /ies.
Where there is a Lead Procuring Entity or Procurement Agent that is a party to the Framework Agreement, their role is to manage and administer the Framework Agreement(s) for use by the participating Procuring Entity (ies).
For the purpose of RPO compliance the Partner or beneficiary States may also be termed as Buying Entity (ies) under this PPA.

The discharge of energy during Peak Hours shall be governed by the demand pattern of the corresponding Buying Entity (ies), as per the Buying Entity’s day-ahead schedule.
