Entire lot definition

Entire lot means the entire area of a property where mowing can be performed, including the front, back, sides, and along alley lines.

Tier 1 Wire Centers also are those CenturyLink tandem switching locations that have no line-side switching facilities, but nevertheless serve as a point of traffic aggregation accessible by CLEC. Once a Wire Center is determined to be a Tier 1 Wire Center, that Wire Center is not subject to later reclassification as a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Wire Center.

  • Wire Center means the location of one (1) or more local switching systems. It is also a point at which End User’s loops within a defined geographic area converge. Such local loops may be served by one (1) or more Central Office Switches within such premises.

  • Corner Lot means a Lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two Streets, or upon two parts of the same Street, the adjacent sides of which Street or Streets, (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the Street extremities of the Side Lot Lines) contain an angle of not more than 135 degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the Building Lot shall be that point on the Lot Line abutting a Street nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.

  • Subject Matter means the Unit as finally described in the Sectional Plan, read together with the Register;

  • Matter is a claim, a material issue or a substantial request for relief.

  • Non-impaired Wire Center means a Wire Center that meets the loop thresholds identified in 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a)(4)(i) for DS1 Loops and 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a)(5)(i) for DS3 Loops. Non- impaired Wire Centers also include Tier 1 and Tier 2 Wire Centers as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(3) and subject to the limitations of 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(2)(ii)(A) for DS1 Dedicated Transport and 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e)(2)(iii)(A) for DS3 Dedicated Transport.
