Enterprise Agent definition

Enterprise Agent means NationsBank or any other entity which has been appointed as the administrator of Enterprise and agent for the Enterprise Bank Investors.
Enterprise Agent means NationsBank, N.A., in its capacity as agent for Enterprise and the Enterprise Bank Investors, and any successor thereto appointed pursuant to Article IX.
