Entergy Interconnection Agreement definition

Entergy Interconnection Agreement means the Interconnection Agreement between Seller and Entergy, providing for the construction and operation of the Interconnection Facilities between the Facility and the Entergy System.
Entergy Interconnection Agreement means the Interconnection and Operating Agreement, dated May 18, 1998, as amended by a Letter Agreement dated August 18, 1998, by and between the Partnership and Entergy Mississippi.

  • Interconnection Agreement means the interconnection agreement entered into by Seller pursuant to which the Facility will be interconnected with the Transmission System, and pursuant to which Seller’s Interconnection Facilities and any other Interconnection Facilities will be constructed, operated and maintained during the Contract Term.

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Connection Contract means a contract under which Distributed Generation is connected to the Network entered into by the Distributor and a Distributed Generator in accordance with Part 6 of the Code, and, for the purposes of this Agreement, the Distributor and a Distributed Generator are deemed to have entered into a Connection Contract if the regulated terms in Part 6 of the Code apply;
