Enrolment Application definition

Enrolment Application means the stage at which a Service Provider is required to submit documents and supporting statements that demonstrate the qualifications and technical ability of the Service Provider to deliver services to the required standards.

  • If a company, partnership, trust, unincorporated association or other entity owns Vacation Time, the Enrolment Application must be completed in the name of a natural person nominated by such company, partnership, trust or unincorporated association, and RCI shall be entitled to treat that named individual as the Member for all purposes.

  • The Member and all persons signing the Enrolment Application for Member have full power and authority and have been duly authorized to enter into and perform or cause performance of Member’s obligations under the Program Documents.

Related to Enrolment Application

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
