Coverage effective upon completion and acceptance of Enrolment Application.
To enroll, an eligible Employee must fully and accurately fill out, sign, and return the RRSP Enrolment Application and Change Form and the appropriate employee group Contribution Form to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in the required timeframe.
Please note that lodgement of the Enrolment Application Form does not guarantee enrolment at the college.
Any warranty representation, guarantee or other term or condition not contained in this contract (or the Enrolment Application) is of no force or effect.
If your answer to the above question is ‘No’ you may need to complete the alternative International Student Enrolment Application, or provide supportive documentation to confirm Visa Status or Residency Status.
To meet school and government requirements, you will need to provide the college with a completed Enrolment Application Form.
One (1) term’s notice in writing or one (1) term’s fees is required in lieu of notice given before the withdrawal of a student as per the Enrolment Application agreement.
Any person signing the Enrolment Application and this Contract warrants that he has the authority to sign it on behalf of any person/s he purports to represent.
We will advise the College in writing of any change of address, contact details or other information on the Enrolment Application Form.
However, please note the Enrolment Application Fee, the Enrolment Confirmation Fee and the Debenture Deposit will need to be paid in full prior to the student commencing studies at ▇▇▇▇▇ College.
