Enrollment lock-in period definition

Enrollment lock-in period means the period between the first day of the fourth month and the end of 12 months after the effective date of enrollment in the contractor’s plan, during which time the enrollee shall have good cause in order to disenroll or transfer from the contractor’s plan. The enrollment lock-in period is not construed as a guarantee of eligibility during the lock-in period. Lock-in provisions do not apply to clients of DDD or SSI, New Jersey Care … Special Medicaid Program— Aged, Blind, Disabled, and [DYFS] CP&P enrollees.

  • Enrollment Date means the first Trading Day of each Offering Period.

  • Enrollment Period means the period agreed upon by the Policyholder and Us when an Eligible Person may enroll for coverage or an Insured may change benefit elections under the Policy.

  • Initial Enrollment Period means one of the following periods during which you may first enroll for coverage under this plan:

  • Enrollment means the number of students who are enrolled in a school operated by the district on October 1. A student shall be counted as one whether the student is enrolled as a full-time or part-time student. Students enrolled in prekindergarten programs shall not be counted.

  • Open Enrollment Period means an enrollment period during which time any Eligible Employee and/or Dependent may apply to become a Subscriber and/or Covered Dependent, and existing Subscribers may apply to change to another provider network or coverage option, if available, or elect to terminate coverage.

  • Special Enrollment Period means a period of time allowed under this Plan, other than the eligible person’s Initial Enrollment Period or an Open Enrollment Period, during which an eligible person can request coverage under this Plan as a result of certain events that create special enrollment rights.

  • Offering Period means a period with respect to which the right to purchase Common Stock may be granted under the Plan, as determined by the Committee pursuant to Section 5(a).

  • Annual Enrollment Period or "Enrollment Period" means the period before each policy anniversary so designated by the Sponsor and Lincoln during which you may enroll for coverage under this policy.

  • Enrollment Form means an agreement pursuant to which an Eligible Employee may elect to enroll in the Plan, to authorize a new level of payroll deductions, or to stop payroll deductions and withdraw from an Offering Period.

  • Deferral Election means the Participant’s election under Section 3.1 to defer all or a portion of his or her Compensation.

  • Plan Period means the period designated in Section 4.

  • Matching Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(e).

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.

  • Election Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.3(a).

  • Enrollment Agreement means an agreement between the Company and an employee, in such form as may be established by the Company from time to time, pursuant to which the employee elects to participate in this Plan, or elects changes with respect to such participation as permitted under the Plan.

  • Primary election means any regular primary election held under the election

  • Deferral Year means each calendar year during which the Trustee makes, or is entitled to make, Compensation Deferrals under Section 3 hereof.

  • Deferral Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3(h) hereof.

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.

  • Offering Periods means the periods of approximately ---------------- twenty-four (24) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 1 and November 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending twenty-four months later; provided, however, that the first Offering Period under the Plan shall commence with the first Trading Day on or after the date on which the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Company's Registration Statement effective and ending on the last Trading Day on or before April 30, 2002. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Nomination Period means a period of time that Customer includes in a nomination for gas service.

  • Qualified Election Period means the six Plan Year period beginning with the Plan Year in which the Participant first becomes a Qualified Participant.

  • Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.

  • Offering Date means a date selected by the Board for an Offering to commence.

  • Settlement Method Election Date With respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, the 2nd Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding (x) the Valuation Date for such Transaction, in the case of Physical Settlement, or (y) the First Unwind Date for such Transaction, in the case of Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement.

  • Trading Period means the term as defined in the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.
