Enlarged Share Capital definition

Enlarged Share Capital means the Existing Shares and the Placing Shares;

Enlarged Share Capital means the Shares in issue as at Admission;

Enlarged Share Capital means the CareTech Shares in issue upon the Transaction becoming Effective (including the New CareTech Shares)
