Enhancement Requests definition

Enhancement Requests. A request by Buyer that is not provided for as part of the current Solution/Service.
Enhancement Requests means Client requests to change system requirements or functionality.
Enhancement Requests means formal requests made by the Customer for the Company to provide functional extensions to the software platform.

Examples of Enhancement Requests in a sentence

  • Customer may utilize the NAVITAIRE Internet support tool to contact the NAVITAIRE Support Centre electronically for the following service requests: • Enhancement Requests • New product concepts or requests • Additional training requests • Consulting services These services are subject to the fees as described in Section 9.3 of this Exhibit and are accepted at the discretion of NAVITAIRE.

  • While Technology Preview components are not supported as part of the Support Services, Ordering Activity is encouraged to provide feedback and Enhancement Requests for these Technology Preview components.

  • Enhancement Requests qualify as “Level 3” urgency level Incidents (see Table 1 below).
