Enhancement Costs definition

Enhancement Costs means the fully burdened costs (including any costs incurred for third party contractors hired by PeopleSoft) that PeopleSoft incurs enhancements, fixes, updates or improvements which improve the functionality and operations of a Licensed Product.
Enhancement Costs means costs associated with improving the capacity, performance, technology or economic value of the Fiber Network or Joint Fiber Assets beyond the condition prior to the Fiber Outage. “Hardening Costs” means costs associated with increasing the durability, protection or resilience of the Fiber Network or Joint Fiber Assets beyond the condition prior to the Fiber Outage.

  • Except as expressly set forth in this Project Agreement and the State Agreement, JVWCD shall not seek disbursement or reimbursement from the Trust Fund for any other costs, including any Process Enhancement Costs.

  • The final Bonus Payment Amount and the Abandonment Consideration will be offset by all District Enhancement Costs that have been reviewed and approved by the City as of the determination date.

  • All Process Enhancement Costs are being incurred for the benefit of JVWCD and are to be paid or reimbursed by JVWCD as provided herein, and Kennecott shall have no obligation to incur costs for process enhancement in ex- cess of the amounts described in this Section 9.1.b.
