English Letter of Release definition

English Letter of Release means the English law governed letter of release dated on or about the date of this Agreement, releasing the security constituted by the English law governed (i) Deed of Assignment of Insurance dated 17 November 2006 and (ii) Deed of Assignment of Subordinated Debt dated 21 December 2006.
