Engineering and Design Work definition

Engineering and Design Work. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) (Seller Payment to Company) of Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities).
Engineering and Design Work has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a)(i) of Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities).

  • Item # 2-C: Subsequent Engineering and Design Work For one or more of the Tier 2 segments, INDOT may wish to procure, in accordance with Section 1205 of TEA-21, the services of a consultant to prepare any environmental impact statements as well as subsequent engineering and design work, traffic modeling services, geological testing (borings) and on the project in a single contract.

Related to Engineering and Design Work

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Design engineer means a person professionally qualified and duly licensed in New Jersey to perform engineering services that may include, but not necessarily be limited to, development of project requirements, creation and development of project design and preparation of drawings and specifications.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the project.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
