Engagement Fees definition

Engagement Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
Engagement Fees has the meaning as defined in the paragraph headed “Subject matter” under the section headed “TALENT AGENCY COOPERATION FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT” of this announcement “Group” the Company and its subsidiaries
Engagement Fees means the hourly rates and other charges for Services (including any call-out fees and any Return/Cancellation Fees) and conditions set out in the proposal, Plan, Plan Schedule, Quote, contract or arrangement entered into by Us and You or in these Conditions, and includes any monies payable to Us on a quantum merit basis for any work it has done which may be varied, by Us from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;

Examples of Engagement Fees in a sentence

  • You will be responsible to us for the payment of all such Engagement Fees.

  • Brokerage and/or Engagement Fees are fully earned when you instruct us to bind cover for your policy.

  • There will be no return or cancellation of Engagement Fees and/or brokerage once you have instructed us to bind cover for your policy notwithstanding that the policy is later varied, terminated or otherwise cancelled and we are entitled to retain or recover from you all Engagement Fees and/or brokerage (or its equivalent) in respect of the full policy period.

  • Engagement Fees are due upon each engagement and Report Fees are due upon delivery of each report by BLX.

  • Providers are not required to submit a claim for payment.No further Engagement Fees will be payable during the Participant’s same Period of Service.

  • In any event, the Engagement Fees will not be less than the fees chargeable by Cool Young to any independent third party under the same or similar conditions.

  • The Group will from time to time review the Engagement Fees by comparing them against fees for comparable services chargeable by Cool Young to any independent third party.

  • For the first quarter, the billing will be reduced by any Initial Engagement Fees already paid.

  • Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by ToT's negligence, the liability of ToT under or in connection with this Agreement whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise howsoever will not exceed the Engagement Fee(s) paid or due to be paid by the Client to ToT under this Agreement.

  • The provisions relating to the payment of compensation, Engagement Fees, Fees, reimbursement of expenses, limitation of liability, indemnification and contribution and confidentiality will survive the expiration or any termination of this Agreement.

Related to Engagement Fees

  • Engagement means the engagement (including the Agency Worker’s acceptance of the Hirer’s offer), employment or use of the Agency Worker by the Hirer or any third party to whom the Agency Worker has been introduced by the Hirer, on a permanent or temporary basis, whether under a contract of service or for services, and/or through a company of which the Agency Worker is an officer, employee or other representative, an agency, license, franchise or partnership arrangement, or any other engagement; and “Engage”, “Engages” and “Engaged” shall be construed accordingly;
