Engage or engagement definition
Engage or engagement means the use, receipt or benefit of the services of a Revolent Consultant by the Client any affiliate of Client or any third party to whom Client provided any Confidential Information about a Revolent Consultant, regardless of whether (i) directly or through a third party, (ii) on a permanent or temporary basis or (iii) under a contract of service or for services, full or part time employment; an agency, licence, franchise or partnership arrangement; or any other Engagement.
Engage or engagement means to establish an ongoing process whereby both parties agree to participate in dialogue, initiatives and/or activities in order to make informed decisions jointly and separately.
