Enforcement Policies and Procedures definition

Enforcement Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures established by Metro in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, for the administration and enforcement of the Parking Rules and Regulations that are designed to deter Parking Violations, including procedures for the issuance and collection of parking tickets and citations for violations of the Parking Rules and Regulations with respect to the Metered Parking Spaces and Residential Permits, by such means as permitted by Law.
Enforcement Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures set forth in 311 O&M Management Plan that are designed to deter parking violations within the Parking System. 312 “Environment” means any air (including air within natural or man-made structures 313 above or below ground), water (including territorial, coastal, and inland waters and ground water 314 in drains and sewers), land (including the sea or river bed under any water), surface land, and 315 sub-surface land.
