Enforcement and Remedies. Executive acknowledges that money damages would not be sufficient remedy for any breach of this Article 6 by Executive, and Company shall be entitled to enforce the provisions of this Article 6 by terminating any payments then owing to Executive under this Agreement and/or to specific performance and injunctive relief as remedies for such breach or any threatened breach. Such remedies shall not be deemed the exclusive remedies for a breach of this Article 6, but shall be in addition to all remedies available at law or in equity to Company, including, without limitation, the recovery of damages from Executive and Executive’s agents involved in such breach and remedies available to Company pursuant to other agreements with Executive.

Executive understands that the restrictions set forth in Section 6.1 may limit Executive's ability to engage in certain businesses anywhere in the world during the period provided for above, but acknowledges that Executive will receive sufficiently high remuneration and other benefits under this Agreement to justify such restriction. In the event of any breach of any of the covenants set forth in this Section 6, the Employee recognizes that the remedies at law will be inadequate and that in addition to any relief at law which may be available to the Company for such violation or breach and regardless of any other provision contained in this Agreement, the Company shall be entitled to equitable remedies (including an injunction) and such other relief as a court may grant after considering the intent of this Section 6. Additionally, the period of time applicable to any covenant set forth in this Section 6 will be extended by the duration of any violation by Employee of such covenant. In the event a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any of the covenants set forth in this Section 6 are excessively broad as to duration, geographic scope, prohibited activities or otherwise, the parties agree that this covenant shall be reduced or curtailed to the extent, but only to the extent, necessary to render it enforceable.
Enforcement and Remedies. City will take any one or more of the actions listed in San Diego Municipal Code section 22.4230 should Bidder or its subcontractors are found to be in violation of any of the provisions of the LWO.
Enforcement and Remedies. If the Contractor fails to comply with the requirements of this Subparagraph, the County shall have the rights and remedies described in this Sub-paragraph in addition to any rights and remedies provided by law or equity.

Enforcement and Remedies. I hereby acknowledge that upon my breach of any of the covenants contained in this Agreement, the Company will suffer irreparable harm for which the remedy at law will be inadequate, and that an injunction may be entered against me by any court having jurisdiction, restraining me from breaching any of the provisions of this Agreement or continuing the breach of any such provisions, without the necessity of posting a bond. Resort to such equitable relief shall not be construed to be a waiver by the Company of any other rights or remedies that the Company may have to recover damages or other relief. In addition, if the Company prevails in an action to enforce this Agreement, I shall compensate the Company for its reasonable attorneys’ fees and related expenses incurred in enforcing this Agreement.

Enforcement and Remedies. (a) If, at the time of enforcement of any of Sections 6(a),(b), (c) or (d), a court of competent jurisdiction shall hold that the restrictions stated herein are unreasonable under circumstances then existing, the parties hereto agree that the court shall be allowed to substitute the maximum legally-permissible restrictions for the restrictions contained in this Agreement.
